Exchange

Exchange is available in case of manufacturing defects or if the size does not fit, provided that the item is returned in the same original condition it was received in.

Return

Returns are accepted for any reason, as long as the item is returned in the same original condition it was received in.

Conditions

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, if available.
• Items that are damaged, used, washed, or not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

Opening the Shipment

Please note that opening the shipment upon delivery is not allowed. This is a shipping company policy and not a brand policy.
